Orders

A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. Final payment prior to completion of goods. Orders will only commence once funds have cleared into the Bagus Bali Carving account. After receiving final payment, goods will be collected and shipped to destination.

Payment

Telegraphic Transfers can be made to the following bank account (USD). You are able to send USD / AUD / EURO - etc, our bank will automatically convert the fund to US$ based on the exchange rate of the day. Please note that we will not start the production until all deposits have been received.

Quality

This is the most important part of our service. We always try reducing tolerance for any faulty production but because our products are artisan realizations made of natural stones, it’s very likely that there are nuance of shades as well as various weight and dimension between pieces. The characteristics of natural stones are the presence of various veins, colors, shades on the same plan, as well as micro-cracks and small-holes. At the final stages of fabrication, the InBali products will go through complete procedures of control, such as mixing a proper color resin with residues to refine the small-holes or micro-cracks. These colors have to be approved from time to time, to maintain the characteristic of high quality products while maintaining the nature of the stone and dimension between pieces.

Invoicing

All invoicing and export document will be issued by BALI BAGUS CARVING
